Azure Hosting Belgium
All your data is hosted on Microsoft Azure in Belgium. Records, transcriptions, tasks, documents: nothing passes outside the EU.
European AI
5days uses Mistral, a French AI model. Your data is never sent to American providers. No customer data is used to train AI models.
Encryption
TLS 1.3 in transit. AES-256 at rest. Audio recordings, transcriptions, and documents: same encryption standard.
Partitioning
Multi-tenant architecture: each organization has a strictly isolated space. No cross-access between organizations.
